OrganicNation.tv is an exploration of the American sustainable food landscape, focusing on the people, places and products that are shaping a new green economy and lifestyle. From farmers to urban gardeners, and from teachers to restaurant owners, we're traveling the country to document how sustainable food systems are being created.

From May 2009 to September 2011, we traveled across the U.S. documenting innovation and inspiration through interviews with the next generation of farmers, activists and sustainability experts.

As part of a volunteer media project produced by NobleTree Media, we partnered with generous organizations and brands to help cover part of our production and travel costs. Thanks for joining us on this adventure!

Dorothée Royal-Hedinger is a filmmaker who is passionate about the power of media to challenge the status quo. She is currently staff producer at the Global Oneness Project where she is working on films about sustainability, beauty and interconnectedness.  Dorothée graduated from the University of Chicago in 2007. Mark Andrew Boyer is a writer and photographer whose work has appeared in The Columbia Journalism Review, Chicago magazine, GOOD magazine, Mindful Metropolis and In These Times. He is currently the weekend editor of Inhabitat and is the recipient of a WPB Make Believe arts grant for photography. Mark graduated from the University of Chicago in 2006.
