Can We Feed the World Without Destroying It?

I don't know if this animated typography is still in fashion in the advertising world, but it's effective. This video from the University of Minnesota's Institute on the Environment outlines the challenge of feeding a growing world, but it's most important observation is that we need everyone at the table. In order to feed the world without destroying the natural world, commercial farmers, organic farmers and conservationists will all need to work together.
