Before we hop on a train to Bellingham, Washington, I just want to send big thanks to everyone at New Hope Natural Media and the Organic Farming Research Foundation for a wonderful week of learning, meeting and sharing food at The Organic Summit! The big highlight for me was getting meet Nell Newman (of Newman's Own Organics) who was an early pioneer of the organic food industry.

There's so much to report back from the Summit so I'll save that for a longer blog post coming up!
