Phillies Slugger Ryan Howard Tours White House Organic Garden

Baseball's big men are becoming the sporting world's biggest advocates of good eating. First it was Prince Fielder, the Milwaukee Brewers' 260-pound first baseman, who famously cut meat out of his diet in favor of a diet heavy in wheatgrass and tofu. Now, Philadelphia Phillies slugger Ryan Howard is becoming an outspoken advocate of organic foods, and he says he's lost 20 pounds since assuming an organic-rich diet.

Howard recently toured the White House garden with White House Chef Sam Kass. In the video, he munched on some veggies, checked out the compost bin, and viewed the beehive (which elicited an "oh, snap!" from him).
