Sunday Feature: Our Daily Bread

In the movie Food, Inc Michael Pollan says, "if we put glass walls on all the mega-processing facilities, we would have a different food system in this country." In 2006, Austrian filmmaker Nikolaus Geyrhalter gave us the ability to see inside Europe's feedlots and processing facilities with Our Daily Bread, a film that lacks both music and narration, and simply provides an unblinking look at how modern food is produced.
