  • The Cornucopia Institute filed formal complaints with the USDA organic program this week, "alleging that Target Corporation has misled consumers into thinking some conventional food items it sells are organic," according to a press release. Target has been advertising Silk soy milk as "organic," when in fact is has been downgraded to "natural."
