The Organic Summit just wrapped up this morning, and about an hour ago we bid adieu to Stevenson, WA and the Columbia River Gorge. We're now waiting for our train to arrive in Portland's Union Station (pictured above).

We're heading north to Bellingham, WA, where we'll stay and relax for the weekend, before visiting Seattle briefly and catching the ferry over to Port Townsend, WA, where we'll film the next set of videos. We've been told that the organic farming scene is pretty vibrant on the Olympic Peninsula, and we're looking forward to talking with some farmers up there.
